Sabang Beach: Baler, Aurora

Sabang Beach in Baler, Aurora is very much ideal for surfing and considered as one of the country's best site for surfing competitions. Accommodations and resorts as well as amenities for night life are found here at the beach. Mahdox Surf School is very much well known for the locals and tourists because they provide facilities for all their customers and students who loves to surf.

Sabang Beach is bordered by the Pacific Ocean on the east and that makes waves very suitable for surfing. It draws a huge number of tourists especially for the "ber" months. The beach has a long stretch of sandy shoreline with a soft and shallow ocean bed making it very ideal for those who want to learn surfing for the first time.

After spending time swimming and surfing, we're all hungry that we went directly to the restaurant to have lunch. Great enough to spend some money for a lunch buffet which we all deserve. I also have a chance to meet the owner of Mahdox Surf School.

Baler Municipal Fish Port: Baler, Aurora

Baler Municipal Fish Port is located in Brgy. Zabali, Baler, Aurora. The view by the fish port is never ending space of blue shades! That is blue sky and blue sea, what more could you ask for? Soothing to the eyes, right? 

The lines and textures of the port makes me feel like I am on a movie plot. It gives me chills and thrill. Seems like I am so relaxed while on this place. So quiet, just the sound waves, blue sky, blue sea and the cotton clouds. So perfect summer!

Cemento Beach: Baler, Aurora

Cemento Beach is a long stretch of light creamy sand, crushed corals and seashells. The area is suitable for snorkeling and wall diving during the calm season from April to June. Cemento Beach is also a haven for lobsters and other marine species. 

Near Cemento Beach is called the Cobra Reef (locally known as "Dapa"). The area produces excellent quality right brake waves over sharp reef. It is one of the spots most frequented by Australians, Europeans and Japanese surfers in Aurora. To reach Cobra Reef, one must walk from Cemento Beach through knee-high mangroves to get to the coral reef break. 

At Cobra Reef, the normal waves is about 5-6 feet high. During high season, it can reach up to 12-14 feet high. With that, it is sought after by experienced and professional surfers which makes surfing excellent and challenging.
