Fort San Pedro is the smallest and oldest triangular bastion fort in the country that was built in 1738. It served as a stronghold for the Filipino revolutionaries near the end of the 19th century. This also served as the first nucleus of the first Spanish settlement in the Philippines.

Had the chance to visit this fort when my team arrived in Cebu. I, Reygie and Mau had separate group to tour within the city with the help of their friend who was living there. First stop was this fort. Spent so much little time here because we have other itineraries and because we also have limited time (just a half-day tour before going back to Manila)
The Fort of San Pedro, described in an official report of 1738, is triangular in shape and made of stone and mortar. The three bastions are La Concepcion, San Ignacio de Loyola and San Miguel. - Powder Magazine.
