Tramway Bayview Buffet: Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City

When my mom, my uncle and his wife, visited me here in Manila, I asked their youngest sister to have dinner one Saturday in their home in Cavite. That plan was pushed through and we have a good time. After dinner, I suggested that we should as well try buffet meals in the Metro for a change (well, we usually have dinner during weekends at home). They agreed and we decided to try Tramway Bayview Buffet in Pasay City. Lucky enough, my cousin's wife, has a friend who is working in the restaurant and we were able to reserve seats for the next day for lunch. How cool is that, we just finished dinner yet we are again planning for a food trip for tomorrow?! Haha!

While having a good time after dinner, we even joked that no one is allowed to take breakfast the next day so that we can consume what we are going to pay. After all, it's buffet, eat all you can! Haha! Well, I still took breakfast the next day, I do not escape breakfast, after all.

We got all excited the next day because it has been a couple of months that we did not go out on an event like this. We arrived there on time. It's Sunday, as expected, long line awaits us. While waiting for our turn, we spend time sharing jokes.

When we had our turn, we grab some plates and started filling up our tummy's. I am a fan of California Maki and siomai, I even took a vegetable salad and have a plate for my desserts! Seriously, I was the last one munching on our table (sarap na sarap akong kumain, as in).

my main course

chicken and eggs

soup and vegetables

fruits and delicacies

now that's a weird combination haha
I do not know why I hardly got my stomach full. Maybe because, I served as our family's waiter at that time. Well, just being strategic so I can try all the foods being served. How cool is that?! We enjoyed the food for what we availed. It was a nice family bonding and just right for the price we paid. Off course, we took pictures while bonding, that's priceless, I tell you. How would you describe the feeling of having this kind of event with your mom together your with your relatives (tita, tito, pinsan at pamangkins)? Definitely priceless, right?

my aunt, me and my mom

with the three siblings and my aunt (left most)

cool crazy family, haha
We had a great time, the buffet meals was good. You got what you paid for. And by the way, soft drinks were not included on the buffet price. Also, they have this "clean plate policy" wherein you will be charge Php 6.00 per 10 grams of left over food on your plate so better get what you can finish.

Saverde: Abucay, Bataan

After a whole day of visiting some places in Bataan, I really need to fill my stomach with the mouthwatering food that the province has to offer. My friend recommended me to visit Saverde in Abucay which is just a couple of minutes from the busy city of Balanga.

Surprisingly, the cafe was crowded when we arrived. It took us about 5-10 minutes to get a table. I have noticed that the area seems like a portion of the house which was later converted into cafe. The cafe is good enough to occupy more or less 50 persons (I think).

The Menu
Looking at their menu, it is really on the budget! So affordable yet so delicious! I tried their beef tapa which I think is their best seller. Also add on my plate the ever mouthwatering buttermilk toast that costs only P20.00! I ordered avocado shake for my drinks! Yum! Dinner was great and enough to make my intestines stretched a bit! Haha :)

Beef Tapa!

Buttermilk Toast :)

Avocado
Little did I know that television show "Ang Pinaka" and "Biyahe ni Drew" already visited the place! I also now recommend to visit this place once you visited the province of Bataan! Budget friendly yet the experience is unforgettable. I will definitely go back and eat here!

Bulalo Point: Tagaytay City, Cavite

An unplanned dinner with my co-employees in Tagaytay City was memorable. Who would have thought that we will be having dinner in Bulalo Point without any plans?! Well that's how crazy we are when we have a sudden craving to have dinner in Tagaytay City.

Their Specialties.

Right from work, we took the bus going directly up to Tagaytay City and suddenly decide to try bulalo. That is pretty great for a one cold night. We decided to hit Bulalo Point, from the restaurant's name, bulalo must be their specialty!

Mouth-watering Bulalo!

Something I crave for: Kare-kare

It was a great dinner! Food was great! We enjoyed a lot! Saraaaaapppppppp! Empty stomach was filled and got satisfied. Their bulalo was sooooo aaaaaahhhh, you should try it once you visit Tagaytay City. Kare-kare also was mouth watering! The sauce, I just love it plus with the bagoong na alamang! You will definitely have another cup of rice on your plate. You bet! I also love their pritong tawilis! So perfect to dip in a vinegar. I ate with my bare hands, seriously!

Food was enjoyed by everyone of us. The price?! Well, we paid good enough for what we enjoyed. Food was great and with this kind of group, you will definitely make your heart out!

Didi's Pizza: Balibago, Angeles City, Pampanga

Calories burned during the boxing event at Stotsenberg and we need to energize ourselves again before going home to Odi's house. I told him I am craving for pizza and a beer. LOL! We headed to Didi's Pizza. It was almost midnight and we were tired and feeling sleepy so we decided the order to take it home so we can also buy a beer before going home. After all, we might not enjoy the food if were going to have it in the resto.
Odi teased me that I look like a delivery boy of the food chain. Funny thing the interior color has also a touch of red. LOL! There is also a great painting hanged on the wall.
An aquarium inside the establishment caught my eye. There is one big fish inside the aquarium, it was behind the stairways going up to the second floor.
Try to visit this place if you happen to be in Angeles City, Pampanga so you can try their yummy pizza. It is located at McArthur Highway, Diamond Subd, Balibago, Angeles City.
