Underwater World, Singapore

When I was in Sentosa, I also made a visit to the Underwater World, Singapore. It is an oceanarium on the offshore of Sentosa Island. It is my first time to see different species of underwater animals. There's a lot of thousands of animals there.

I was also have the opportunity to touch some of the animals. At first, I was really afraid to do it, but when I've got the courage, I enjoyed watching their bodies. Good thing I was not hurt. I can say they are friendly.

Sentosa Island, Singapore

When I was in Singapore last 2006, I decided to visit the popular island, Sentosa, which translates peace and tranquility, in Malay. Visiting this island is like going to paradise. There were a lot of things to do and a lot of places to visit.

I visited a lot of places there. I enjoyed every view and places I visited. I enjoyed strolling even if the sun is hitting too hot! I never cared on the hot weather for as I am enjoying my time.

Also, I was able to step on the location where there's the arrow of different cities around the world.

And I also allotted my time to watch the dolphin show. It was my frist time to see a pink dolphin. The show was awesome!!!

Vivo City, Singapore

Singapore visit will never be the same without going to Vivo City.

It is the largest retail and lifestyle destination in Singapore. This features open and wide waterfront relaxation and entertainment that attracts local or foreign tourists.

I enjoyed strolling at the mall, taking pictures too. Foods and shopping off-course!!!

The Zon Regency Hotel: Johor Bahru, Malaysia

In December 2006, from Singapore, I was able to visit Johor Bahru in Malaysia. If I am not mistaken, it is the southernmost city of Malaysia and it is the second largest urban area in Johor after Kuala Lumpur. From Singapore, I and my friend took a bus from Woodlands, Singapore to Johor Bahru. The ride took only a couple of minutes to cross the Johor-Singapore Causeway. Spending more time on the immigration than the trip.

I love the city. It was raining those days but I enjoyed shopping and eating food as well. I was also able to see the movie Eragon. I remember, I bought a new pair of shoes there. Hehehe. I may say it is cheaper than in Singapore but with good quality.

We stayed at The Zon Regency Hotel. The hotel is great!!! I spend time strolling there, swimming at the pool even it is raining and the water is freezing. From our room you can view Singapore.
