As part of the audit team of my company, I have the chance to join our yearly team building. I will never forget my
first team building experience with my co-auditors in La Traviesa Hotel Resort in General Trias, Cavite. Last year's team building was in
Bungad Biluso in Silang, Cavite. This 2014, I am now on my third year as an auditor. It was a great opportunity again to join this year's team building after our follow-up audit has been done. Time to relax and chill in

Off-course, swimming pool is one of the great
attractions in any resort. The oasis has the safari themed pool. Got three slides and the design is great. Feels like you are swimming with the friendly animals.
Go and check the beachfront. Sad to say it was raining that day when we were in Tanza Oasis. Weather not that good at all to spend time swimming on the beach. Still I got time to stroll around the place and took some pictures. What a great place should be, if only it is not raining.
If you are also looking for comfortable sleep, definitely the oasis can provide you that. The rooms are neat and well maintained. The restroom is also clean. They also have a souvenir shop near the main entrance.

Foods! Foods! Foods! Mouth watering foods are being served in the menu. Yummy! Coffee are overflowing... but the water heater is not working well. Over all, I enjoyed my stay in Tanza Oasis Hotel and Resort. It was a perfect place for out team building for the season.

So I am pretty sure that we achieved our team building's main objective and that is
